The hard part\u2019s over \u2013 now you\u2019re anxiously awaiting your vehicle\u2019s arrival. Well, we\u2019re here to ease your worries. You can know exactly where your vehicle is in the shipping process with our easy to follow tracking page and SMS shipping updates.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Navigating to the Vehicle Tracking Page<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you sign in to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyhaul.com\/login\">your account<\/a> you\u2019ll see a button labelled \u201cMy Orders\u201d in the top right corner of the screen. Once you click that button, you\u2019ll be taken to your orders page where all of your completed, in process, and incomplete orders will be displayed. Orders in process will have a button that says \u201cTrack Order\u201d next to them. Click on that button to be taken to the tracking page for that specific order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What\u2019s on the Tracking Page?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each tracking page contains all the information for your order. At the top, you\u2019ll see a to-do list that tells you exactly what steps you need to take to complete the shipping process. This includes things like uploading required paperwork \u2013 which differs for domestic and international shipments \u2013 and submitting payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below that is a step-by-step process of your progress. It will indicate when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You place your order<\/li><li>We receive your payment<\/li><li>A driver is assigned to your order<\/li><li>Estimated pick-up and delivery dates are available<\/li><li>Your vehicle has been delivered<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>International order tracking pages contain other information in addition to the above. It will also display when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your vehicle reaches the warehouse<\/li><li>Photos of your vehicle are posted<\/li><li>US Customs receives your ownership documents<\/li><li>Estimated departure and arrival dates are available<\/li><li>Container and booking numbers are assigned<\/li><li>Your vehicle arrives at the destination port<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Can I call the driver?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a driver is assigned to your vehicle, their number will be displayed on the tracking page. You can contact them directly if you\u2019d like to. They are also instructed to call you two hours before delivery to confirm details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What about text message notifications?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer real-time shipping updates via SMS to keep you posted through your entire shipping process.
